Training session with Alexis Katsios Team opti Nautical Club Mati ( ATHENS)

3 days (26,27,28 August)of excellent cooperation between sailors of Nautical club of Larnaca & Nautical club of MATI.

Sailors complete a program of 3 windy days ,full of exercises ,physical training on land ,training to the pool of Club, and a lot of races and team racing+fun.
